Gather your team online to learn everything you need to know about choosing, storing, sharpening, holding, and using a chef's knife - the most important tool in the kitchen! This virtual class is led by Home Cooking New York (HCNY), a Manhattan-based cooking school that has been teaching home cooks since 2002. It is necessary for each participant to have a chef's knife at home in order to get the most out of this class. And so you have something to do with all your newfound knife skills, you'll also cook up a delicious Vegetable Minestrone Soup.
