Asian Food Lab is a cooking school established in 2012 by Karen Wong that offers group classes and private instruction to help people cook healthy meals with less effort. Our classes aren’t just about learning new recipes — they embrace a Chinese-inspired holistic approach to cooking: fast, focused on local and fresh ingredients, healthy, family-friendly, and (best of all) absolutely delicious. Students learn ways to efficiently plan meals and manage necessary ingredients. Chinese techniques serve as a solid foundation for cooking with speed, creativity and ease, while never compromising on flavor. And recognizing that we’re all short on time, there’s a focus on using fewer pots and utensils to make clean-up less of a burden.
