Led by certified therapist Katie Lieberman, your session will be customized based on the specific needs of your team through the use of advance surveys. Katie Lieberman was born and raised in Berkeley, and is the daughter of a therapist. She attended UC Davis where she studied Women & Gender Studies as well as African American Studies. After college, she joined Teach For America and taught Kindergarten in Brooklyn. Katie felt moved to deepen her role as a teacher and educator and decided to pursue a Masters in Counseling Psychology.
Through psychotherapeutic training and a Masters degree from The Wright Institute, Katie has completed over 3,000 hours of clinical experience. She is passionate about helping people connect with themselves and others in a way that is more meaningful, supportive and transformative. Katie works with people from a holistic and somatic lens, and is particularly interested in how mindfulness practices can improve our well being.
