HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Full Body Workout
HIIT workouts, or High Intensity Interval Training offer a fast and efficient workout. An alternating routine of high intensity work with active recoveries keeps your heart rate up all while building muscle. Come ready for a brief warm up, followed by lots of sweat! Some popular HIIT moves include squats, jump lunges, push ups, and burpees, and of course always followed by some TLC for your abs! We will always modify for any injuries/levels.
