Fermented Veggies Workshop
Learn to ferment your own pickled and cultured vegetables with FARMcurious founder Nicole Easterday. Your team will learn how to set up fermentation in a Mason jar, what to look for and how to avoid trouble. Fermented vegetables are delicious - sour like a pickle and oh, so good for you. Your veggies will be ready in 2-3 weeks so get the team back together to have a tasting!

FARMcurious founder Nicole Easterday is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and Subject Matter Expert. She received her ACS Certified Cheese Professional certification in 2020, her artisan cheesemaking certificate from the College of Marin in 2011, and placed seventh in Cheesemonger Invitational in 2019. She loves to meet new people and geek out on curds.
