Learn to make one of the easiest cheeses around while you learn about fun cheese science and history. This class is led by FARMcurious founder Nicole Easterday who is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional based in Oakland, CA.

What You Need: FARMcurious will send a supply + ingredient list ahead of time as well as suggested pairings. Option to have supplies shipped to participants for $15/person (includes a butter muslin, cheese form and thermometer).

FARMcurious founder Nicole Easterday is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and Subject Matter Expert. She received her ACS Certified Cheese Professional certification in 2020, her artisan cheesemaking certificate from the College of Marin in 2011, and placed seventh in Cheesemonger Invitational in 2019. She loves to meet new people and geek out on curds.
