Gather your team online and learn how to make Japanese potsticker dumplings at home! This cooking class is led by Home Cooking New York (HCNY), a Manhattan-based cooking school that has been teaching home cooks since 2002. You'll receive a shopping list ahead of time and cook-along with a chef instructor to make fresh dumpling dough, Japanese potsticker dumplings (with meat or vegetable filling), and sesame-scallion dipping sauce.
