Gather your team online to cook brunch with Home Cooking New York (HCNY), a Manhattan-based cooking school that has been teaching home cooks since 2002. In this class, you'll try your hand at making lemon cream scones from scratch, whipping up a fruit compote to dollop on top, and creating a fluffy frittata with roasted tomatoes, cheese and fresh herbs. You'll receive a shopping list ahead of time and cook-along with a chef instructor.

HCNY founder Jennifer Clair was a Food Editor at Martha Stewart Living before deciding to teach private cooking classes in home kitchens and opening a brick-and-mortar cooking school with 5 outstanding chef-instructors.
