Team Brunch: Learn to Make Scones + Frittatas

Gather your team online to cook brunch with Home Cooking New York (HCNY), a Manhattan-based cooking school that has been teaching home cooks since 2002. In this class, you'll try your hand at making lemon cream scones from scratch, whipping up a fruit compote to dollop on top, and creating a fluffy frittata with roasted tomatoes, cheese and fresh herbs. You'll receive a shopping list ahead of time and cook-along with a chef instructor.

Good to Know: For large groups, HCNY can accommodate 4 simultaneous classes with 4 different instructors (max of 15 participants per class for up to 60 people at one time).

Classes cover the basics (How to Cook Fish, How to Cook Chicken, Knife Skills), more cuisine-specific classes (Introduction to Korean/ Thai/ Indian/ Spanish/ Middle Eastern) and culinary workshops (Fresh Pasta, Cheesemaking, Vietnamese Pho, Chinese Dumplings).
