Desk & Chair YogaKIM SIN YOGA
Desk & Chair Yoga is designed to bring balance back to your mind and body with breathing and yoga practiced at your desk and chair. Option to focus the class on relieving "Tech Neck" or neck tension by practicing soothing neck stretches, chest and shoulder openers, postures to lengthen and mobilize your spine, and movements to strengthen the back while relieving back pain. This session is led by Kim Sin Yoga, a team of seasoned yoga and meditation teachers who have been delivering smart, accessible wellness services to the workplace since 2011.

ABOUT
Kim is a San Francisco based yoga instructor and entrepreneur, whose mission is to bring accessible, effective yoga, mindfulness, and bootcamp programs to the workplace. In 2011 she founded Kim Sin Yoga (KSY), which partners with leading companies all over the world to design and implement smart + accessible wellness programming that is inclusive, impactful, safe, and fun. KSY's team of seasoned yoga, meditation, and bootcamp teachers have worked with groups including Google, Zendesk, Nestle, Tinder, Airbnb, LendingClub, and more.
Kim teaches an accessible style of Vinyasa yoga and presents it in a way that is approachable, effective, and light-hearted. She designs each class to cater to the needs and goals of each client and student; whether it be mental calm through guided meditation, a more powerful body via a challenging active sequence, or less stress through a mellow, stretch focused class. Kim has trained under some of the leading Vinyasa and Hatha teachers including Jason Crandell and Alexandria Crow. Her work has appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal Magazine, the SF Chronicle and she is a Lululemon Ambassador. |
