Good to Know: Why make kombucha? The 2,000 year old tradition has a rich history of health benefits like improving digestion, boosting energy and helping your immune system. The probiotic nature of kombucha means it is full of beneficial bacteria that are good for your gut, body and mind. Kombucha is made from sweetened tea that's been fermented by a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (aka SCOBY).
