In this Breathwork for Stress + Anxiety Release session, Lion Rituals will show you simple and powerful breathing techniques to optimize the functioning of your body, mind, and nervous system. This session is specifically formulated to reduce tension and lower stress in the body. Research shows that how we breathe is as important as what we eat and how much we exercise. Breathwork has ancient roots and has been used for thousands of years to optimize human potential. With deep experience in the wellness space combining biohacking techniques, yoga, music, meditation, and breath, Lion Rituals will lead your group through a unique session that blends ancient modalities with modern science-backed methods. This session will leave you equipped with deep breathing exercises and techniques for daily stress management.
