Morning Breathwork + Meditation
Did you know that the first 8 minutes of your day sets the tone for the rest of your day? In this session, Lion Rituals will design an intentional start to your day using breathwork and meditation. Your group will learn simple and powerful breathing techniques to awaken the body, energize the mind & calm the nervous system. Research shows that how we breathe is as important as what we eat and how much we exercise. Breathwork has ancient roots and has been used for thousands of years to optimize human potential. With deep experience in the wellness space through biohacking techniques, yoga, music, meditation, and breath, Lion Rituals will lead your group through a unique session that blends ancient modalities with modern science-backed methods.
