Chair & Wall Yoga Class
Walls and chairs are the perfect yoga props that everyone has. From opening the body to stabilizing a pose, the wall can assist you in many ways. Practicing with a chair will increase your range of motion, strengthen muscles that tend to be forgotten, and help improve spacial awareness. Customize your session by choosing to use walls, chairs, or both.

What's Included: Instructor-led session
What You Need: We recommend that you practice on a mat. Blocks or block substitutes (stack of books, upside down bowl, or soup cans) are nice but not necessary. Any chair will do but you might prefer one without wheels and with a back.

A Love Yoga class will spark your imagination with metaphor and visualization. Expect perspective shifting dialogue set with dynamic and spherical sequencing. Our practice will inspire you to become your best self and take ownership of your mental, physical and emotional health. We use pranayama (breath work) to build heat and change one's inner atmosphere and asana to create strength and structural integrity. Expect to leave class feeling transformed, radiant and joyous!
