After hours spent hunched over your computer or just minutes after scrolling through your phone, you may experience tightness in your back and neck, also known as tech neck. This class is dedicated to counteracting the damage done after working from home at your computer. Your team members will feel a weight lifted off their shoulders and find comfortability in their bodies after this session.

What You Need: We recommend that you practice on a mat. Blocks or block substitutes (stack of books, upside down bowl, or soup cans) are nice but not necessary.

A Love Yoga class will spark your imagination with metaphor and visualization. Expect perspective shifting dialogue set with dynamic and spherical sequencing. Our practice will inspire you to become your best self and take ownership of your mental, physical and emotional health. We use pranayama (breath work) to build heat and change one's inner atmosphere and asana to create strength and structural integrity. Expect to leave class feeling transformed, radiant and joyous!
