Small Group Personal Training

MIND BODY LOVE
A customized group training class for all levels using only your body weight! Each session is led by Mind Body Love owner Sara Silberstang. Sara will take you though a mix of body weight exercises including squats, push-ups, lunges, core work and aerobic pushes and will leave you energized and refreshed. Your session will be customized for your group with the opportunity to share goals and needs prior to each session so each person gets the most out of each workout. Each session will be set to music if you choose! 

Cost: $300/session
Duration: 30 minutes
Group Size: Up to 10

What's Included: Instructor-led session
What You Need: All you need is a mat (blocks are nice to have)

ABOUT


Sara takes a mindful approach to health — you’ll stretch, strengthen, smile and breathe while you move fluidly and thoughtfully through movements. Sara is an NASM certified personal trainer, 500 hour RYT yoga instructor from Laughing Lotus, a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds many other fitness certifications.

Sara’s goal is to bring people together through wellness, whether it’s a yoga classes, personal training session, retreat or event, she brings a contagious energy and personality! She started as a personal trainer in 2010 at Equinox Printing House in NYC where she worked with a wide range of clients. Prior to wellness she worked in book publishing and corporate marketing, but after six years in the corporate world, she followed her love of wellness and hasn’t looked back.

Sara grew up in Santa Cruz, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from San Diego State University. She’s lived in Manhattan, San Diego, China and now calls San Francisco home. She can be found traveling the world, cooking, spending time with her small dog, hiking, yoga-ing, meditating, or relaxing with a book.
