Yoga Flow for All LevelsMIND BODY LOVE
Each customized yoga class is led by Mind Body Love owner Sara Silberstang. There will be options for all levels as Sara takes you through a unique flow of poses where you will stretch, build heat, create strength and breath together with your group. Class is set to the beat of upbeat music and Sara will offer verbal instructions, adjustments and guidance as you move from shape to shape - option for your camera to be on or off for verbal cues. Class will finish with a sweet savasana and time will be offered at the end for questions about yoga, specific poses, stretching, etc.!

ABOUT
Sara takes a mindful approach to health — you’ll stretch, strengthen, smile and breathe while you move fluidly and thoughtfully through movements. Sara is an NASM certified personal trainer, 500 hour RYT yoga instructor from Laughing Lotus, a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds many other fitness certifications.
Sara’s goal is to bring people together through wellness, whether it’s a yoga classes, personal training session, retreat or event, she brings a contagious energy and personality! She started as a personal trainer in 2010 at Equinox Printing House in NYC where she worked with a wide range of clients. Prior to wellness she worked in book publishing and corporate marketing, but after six years in the corporate world, she followed her love of wellness and hasn’t looked back.
Sara grew up in Santa Cruz, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from San Diego State University. She’s lived in Manhattan, San Diego, China and now calls San Francisco home. She can be found traveling the world, cooking, spending time with her small dog, hiking, yoga-ing, meditating, or relaxing with a book.
