Sound Meditation for Clarity
SOUND MEDITATION PRESENTS
Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort. Lay down and let the sounds wash over you, or remain seated in a comfortable position. You and your team will come away with clear minds, less anxiety, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. This experience is recommended for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there."

What's Included: Instructor-led session
What You Need: We recommend having this experience laying down. If possible, lay down somewhere comfortable and place a pillow underneath your head. Cover your eyes with an eye pillow or eye mask to deepen the experience. Alternatively, you can experience this seated (recommended for experienced meditators).
Guy Douglas, co-founder of Sound Meditation Presents, is a Sound Healing Practitioner/gongmaster. He has been involved with the healing power of music his whole life from many different perspectives: writing, recording, producing and performing. He has studied sound healing techniques & the eastern philosophy of music, which helps clear dormant pathways to open the heart.
