PARTNER FAQS
1. What types of companies and vendors does MerryMint work with?
Our clients include hundreds of startups as well as larger companies like Microsoft, Airbnb, Apple, Shopify, Atlassian, and Google. Some of our current partner vendors include James Beard Award Winning Chef Gale Gand, NASA Astronaut Terry Virts, and New York Times Best Selling Author Jennifer 8. Lee. Although these may be considered "big names", we also strive to support small, local businesses (e.g, Home Cooking New York, Matilda's Bloombox, Lion Rituals, and Jenny Lemons).
2. How does the booking process work?
Companies aren't able to automatically book your workshop on MerryMint. When a company is interested in booking, our concierge team will ask for the client's preferred date(s)/time(s) and then check in with you on your availability. Once you confirm your availability, we'll connect you with the client to coordinate details (e.g., send Zoom link, provide list of supplies needed, etc.)
3. Are there any fees to be listed on MerryMint? What is MerryMint's referral fee?
There are no upfront fees to be listed on MerryMint. We apply a percentage-based referral fee if we introduce you to a company that books your workshop. To learn more about the referral fee, contact us at hello@merrymint.co.
4. How does payment work?
MerryMint will send an invoice to clients upon booking. Once a client has provided payment, MerryMint will pay you minus the referral fee.
5. What are the next steps for listing my workshop on MerryMint?
For next steps, we will draft a page or pages to feature the workshop(s) you'd like to list on MerryMint. We just need to know which workshops you'd like to offer. We can draft pages by pulling content/images from your website and then send the page(s) to you for feedback/edits. If you have questions about what types of workshops would be popular with our clients, we are happy to provide guidance.
